RUPERT, Idaho – A south-central Idaho woman who forced a 5-year-old boy to have sexual contact with her has been sentenced to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to injury to a child and possession of methamphetamine.
The Times-News reports that 21-year-old Makinzie Sarah Frost received the sentence Monday in 5th District Court.
Frost entered an Alford plea in November to injury to a child. Authorities say the boy told investigators that Frost made him have sexual contact with her before she allowed him to go outside to play.
As the boy’s babysitter, court records show she often made him wear a G-string bikini and “pole dance” on a mop handle she held upright, but the incident she was arrested for appeared to be the only serious sexual contact.
Sarah made some disturbing comments in court and showed zero remorse for her crime.
“It’s not like I’m into 5-year-olds normally, but he was so sexy with his blue eyes and blonde hair. Plus he was in shape. Really tight body. Great ass. And he was mature beyond his years and worldy. He spoke French. At least I think it was French. Everybody is totally blaming me like I’m the only bad one here. He was always flirting with me. He even asked me on a date to McDonald’s one time.”
Court records show that how much time Frost serves in prison or probation depends on how successful she is at completing a state rider program involving rehabilitation.
